Norm spent four years in the USAF as Crew Chief, one year in aircraft manufacturing at Lockheed, ten years as Shop Foreman of The Jet Center, five years as Dir. of Maintenance for Circus Circus Hotels Flight Department, nine years as Regional Engine Manager for Dallas Airmotive Rolls Royce engines, and three years as VP Sales & Marketing for Western Jet Aviation. Norm's career has seen almost every side of aviation and gives him a tremendous insight to customers' requests. With his FAA A&P license he has held since 1985, he is not afraid to get back out to the flight line and troubleshoot any problem that may require his skills.
